Texas Regulators Volleyball Club, founded in 2014 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity, is dedicated to fostering the growth and uncovering the potential within our student-athletes.
Our club emphasizes both the personal and athletic advancement of our student-athletes. We are committed to cultivating a supportive and conducive atmosphere where individuals can excel within a team framework, promoting both individual excellence and collective success.

Duties:
Plans team practices, sets individual & team goals
Utilizes SportsEngine to send communications regarding practices, team status updates, schedule changes etc.
Evaluates & develops athlete skills, provides constructive feedback.
May instruct in clinics, group lessons & private lessons occasionally.
Works in cooperation with other coaches to teach skills and develop strategy.
Effectively and professionally responds to parent comments and concerns
Qualifications:
Must have at least 4 years of experience in playing volleyball (school, club, collegiate, intramurals, adult league, etc.).
Must have at least 2 years of experience in coaching volleyball (at any level/organization, but preferably in a team environment).
Demonstrates effective planning, supervisory, organizational, and communication skills.
Must be willing to travel (regional teams).
Must have reliable transportation to get to/from local/regional tournaments (anywhere from Houston to Dallas).
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Must be willing to work/travel on holiday weeks and weekends (MLK, Presidents Day, and Spring Break)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with members, parents, and staff.
